I'm a hobbyist who seeks to learn and grow whenever I have time or opportunity to do so. I used to draw and ink but now I am primarily involved with Digital 3D and Manipulation.
Alright, so.. been a while? I'm itching to do some new renders but before I start anything (which I might not finish given how busy I am at work) I think it's time I catch up on the pieces I have finished.
It's funny how much a change of jobs and location can affect your outlook and just your life in general. Sometimes it takes a big series of changes to remind you how much of a rut you were stuck in and how nice it can be to switch things up and hit the ground running. :)
Yeah, so the whole posting more regularly thing didn't work. The amount of time I get to spend thinking about my day, much less my lack of motivation to talk about every little thing just isn't much. I prefer to work on a project or design for hours on end with just my music for company rather than talk about it even though I enjoy these little journal updates I do once in a while.
I may reorganize things a bit but I've decided to include a good portion of unfinished or in progress works in my gallery in their own special place in case anyone wants to see what I'm tinker with or tumbling around in my mind.
I'm going to try to write in this box a little more often. That will probably happen a bit more regularly than putting up new works but that might change (I'm hoping it down). It's part time management and partly the Chaos of my life as it is... I have ideas for pieces bursting out my ears.. Literally! And I'm greatly encouraged to proceed and work on those with all the excellent feedback I've received lately.
Right now I have a piece I'm reworking and rendering that will take several days processing and then some post work.
